TNT has a low minimum service charge of $120. We get that minimums aren’t everyone’s favorite thing, but with the time, tools, and prep involved in each job, it’s a necessary part of keeping our service quality top-notch.
That said—we’re serious about offering the best value around. If you get a lower quote from a competitor who has at least a 4.7-star average rating with 100+ reviews, we’ll not only match it—we’ll beat it.
Carpet Cleaning
- Room Cleaning (up to 250 sq. ft.): $60
- Hallway Cleaning (based on size): Starting at $25
- Stair Cleaning (per step): $4
- Stair Landing $25+ (based on size)
- Basement/Downtown Studio (per sq. ft.): $0.40
Note: Living/dining combos count as two rooms. We can move a few light items, but not heavy furniture like beds or dressers.
Upholstery Cleaning
- Dining Chair (seat only): $10
- Dining Chair (seat & back): $30
- Ottoman: $10-60 (size dependent)
- Recliner: $50
- Loveseat: $90
- Sofa: $120
- L-Shaped Sectional: $160-260 (size dependent)
- U-Shaped Sectional: $260
If cushions are removable, add 10% to recliner, loveseat, sofas and sectionals.
Area Rug Cleaning
- 3×5 Rug: $20
- 5×7 Rug: $40
- 8×10 Rug : $80
- 9×10 Rug: $90
- 10″+ $110 and up
We do not clean rugs containing viscose fibers.
Mattress Cleaning
- Crib Size: $35
- Twin/Full: $50
